1. Transport Services Provided

Liikenne Rundgren Oy operates bus and contract transportation in Northern Finland, primarily in the Western Lapland region.

For charter services, we mainly serve the Northern Finland area. Our travel destinations include Finland and other Nordic countries.

2. Information on Services and Changes

We announce routes, timetables, and any changes through our published schedules and at www.rundgrenky.fi. Schedules can also be found via Matkahuolto’s timetable and route search at www.matkahuolto.fi/en.

We also transport cargo on scheduled bus routes.

3. Tickets and Pricing

In our bus and contract services, all Matkahuolto travel cards and tickets are accepted. Payment can be made by cash, debit, or credit cards. Additional trips can be loaded onto Matkahuolto travel cards directly on the bus.

4. Information and Ticketing Systems

Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM. You can reach the office at 

 040 502 5691. For emergencies or disruptions, a hotline is available at the same number.

5. Vehicles in Use

Our fleet of approximately 9 buses includes vehicles of various sizes, seating between 12 and 57 passengers. We aim to allocate the most suitable bus for each transport task. In scheduled traffic, strollers and luggage can be transported in the luggage compartment.

All buses are equipped with air conditioning, and larger buses also have restrooms.

6. Measuring Customer Satisfaction

Our team of around 8 experienced professionals prioritizes customer satisfaction. Through the feedback form on our website, customers can share their experiences regarding our services. We aim to process feedback promptly and take corrective action quickly if necessary.

7. Handling Complaints, Refunds, Cancellations, and Compensation

The price of a ticket may be refunded if it can be clearly demonstrated that an error occurred due to the actions of the bus staff.

In cases of vehicle breakdown, we will arrange substitute transportation as quickly as possible. Costs resulting from delays are not reimbursed.

All our vehicles are insured. For serious incidents, compensation is handled according to established practices.

Damaged or lost luggage during the trip is primarily covered by the passenger’s own luggage insurance. Otherwise, the item's fair value may be reimbursed if it can be reliably shown that it was intact or present at the time of loading, and the damage or loss resulted from staff negligence. Luggage loaded by the passenger is their responsibility.

While we strive to adhere to timetables, delays or route changes caused by weather, road, or traffic conditions may occur, and resulting direct or indirect costs will not be reimbursed. The driver’s primary responsibility is ensuring passenger safety, with timetable adherence being secondary.

8. Services for Disabled and Mobility-Impaired Passengers

For journeys and scheduled services, drivers are happy to assist mobility-impaired passengers when boarding and alighting. Necessary aids for disabled or mobility-impaired passengers can be transported safely in the luggage compartment.

Our buses are equipped with additional steps or kneeling mechanisms to facilitate boarding and alighting.
