Myllyskiihto bus service from Äkäslompolo on Tuesdays from Äkäshotelli at 9:20! From Ylläsjärvi to Ylläs Lake Hotel at 9:10

Traditional Mill skiing has been practiced in Ylläs for four decades in early winter. On Tuesdays, the program will again include a bus shuttle to Äkäsmylly, from where you can ski, for example, the Äkäskero circuit or a shorter route directly to Peurakaltio and from there onward, for example to Elämänluukku and towards Äkäslompolo.

The bus runs on the following routes:

Äkäslompolo–Äkäsmylly

Route: Äkäshotelli at 9.20 – Ylläskaltio – Ylläshumina – Seita Holiday Centre – Äkäsmylly

Ylläsjärvi–Äkäsmylly

Route: Ylläs Lake Hotel at 9.10 – Otso/Pasila – Saaga – Äkäshotelli at 9.50 – Ylläskaltio – Ylläshumina – Seita Holiday Centre – Äkäsmylly
